We determine the degree of glue formation based on the pressure difference between the polymerization reactors. Generally, the smaller the pressure difference, the less glue formation; the larger the pressure difference, the more severe the glue formation. Another factor to consider is the reaction temperature in the reactors – if there are sudden changes in temperature that result in abnormal readings, it indicates glue formation. Additionally, the stirring current can be used as an indicator: when glue formation is severe, the stirring current increases! ! Decide the timing for maintenance and glue removal by considering all factors! !
