Molecular sieve CO2 penetration

Around 100 seconds before the end of the stamping process, an alarm was triggered for CO2 at a level of 1 ppm. The heating temperature of the molecular sieve was normal, with both the highest and lowest values being within acceptable ranges. What could be the cause of this? Are there any preventive or corrective measures? My understanding is that the molecular sieve has failed and needs to be replaced
It may fail, or it could be that disturbances have caused unevenness inside, leading to local oversaturation.
