The amount of chilled water used in the small loop of the double-loop polypropylene pipe system has increased significantly recently. After shutting down the system for maintenance, a layer of polypropylene was found on the inner wall of the small loop. Could anyone explain how this layer of polypropylene was formed? Thank you!

Our large-loop tube also has that white layer you mentioned; it certainly affects heat exchange, but not to a severe extent. In an propylene environment, this white layer is hardly visible as it dissolves. You can see the same effect inside the PK301 tank, and the outer layer of the F301 filter element is even thicker
For wall-mounted installations, the polishing of the inner surface of the small loop tube must be thorough, and the pre-polymerization temperature must also be properly controlled.
Typical wall mounting issue – is there a problem with the device’s load? What about the one-way conversion rate?
Has the small ring been overheated? And was it emptied promptly after P200 stopped operating? Generally, without maintenance of its inner wall, the small ring cannot be damaged; it must remain smooth
