Acceptance of Anhui Rongtai New Materials Co., Ltd.’s project with an annual production capacity of 100,000 units of resin products

Recently, Anhui Rongtai New Materials Co., Ltd.’s production project, which aims to produce 100,000 tons of resin products per year, 85,000 tons of coating products, 20,000 tons of water-based UV materials for electronic use, and 15,000 tons of water-based dispersion products, has completed its environmental protection inspection. The total investment in this project is 405 million yuan, and the factory covers an area of 89 mu. Construction began in May 2022 and was completed in September 2024. Trial operations and production testing started at the end of January 2024, and the environmental protection inspection was completed recently. It is reported that the project will be completed in one go, with a production capacity that includes 0.5 tons per year of amino-based topcoat coatings, 0.5 tons per year of UV metal printing coatings, 0.5 tons per year of coatings for electronic consumer products, 0.5 tons per year of coatings for automotive interior and exterior components, 1 ton per year of EB-cured coatings, 2 tons per year of heavy-duty anti-corrosion industrial coatings; 3 tons per year of water-based building coatings (including 0.2 tons per year of waterproof putty); 0.5 tons per year of fire-resistant coatings. Additionally, the production capacity includes 3 tons per year of acrylic resins, 1 ton per year of alkyd resins, 2 tons per year of polyester resins, 0.5 tons per year of amino resins, 0.5 tons per year of curing agents, 1.5 tons per year of water-based epoxy resins, 1.5 tons per year of UV resins, 2 tons per year of water-based UV materials specific for electronic use, 1 ton per year of water-based dispersion emulsions, and 0.5 tons per year of water-based dispersions.
