According to Sinochem New Network, recently, Cangzhou Dahuahua Co., Ltd. achieved mass production of its new 20% silicon polycarbonate (PC) powder product, CH9030P. The core performance of this product exceeds that of similar products in the industry. It is reported that in order to further enhance the market competitiveness of 20% silicon PC and improve product quality, this company formed a dedicated task force. Through dozens of experiments, data analysis, and process improvements, it was successful in raising the key performance indicators of the PC powder product CH9030P by two levels. To meet the requirements of applications in extremely low-temperature environments, the team improved the notched impact performance of the product in such conditions (especially at -60°C) by over 30%, thereby significantly enhancing its resistance to impact at low temperatures. This advancement effectively solved the problem of limited application scenarios for previous versions of this product, removing the technical barriers that prevented it from being used in a wider range of markets. During the mass production phase, on the one hand, the molecular weight of the product is carefully adjusted, along with the optimization of process parameters related to the melt index, to ensure that the key performance parameters meet the required standards. On the other hand, the parameters that have been proven effective in laboratory tests are fully standardized, and detailed standard operating procedures are established to define the key indicators. This ensures the stability and consistency of the core auxiliary processes during mass production, providing a solid foundation for the successful first production run. It is reported that the successful mass production of this 20% silicon PC powder, CH9030P, represents another significant breakthrough by Cangzhou Dahuahua in the field of polymer material research and development. It not only demonstrates the company’s strong capabilities in independent research and development as well as technology transfer, but also fills the performance gap of such products in extreme low-temperature applications, laying a solid foundation for future market expansion and customer acquisition.
