The 25th National \"Safety Production Month\" in 2026: Everyone should talk about safety and know how to handle emergencies; identify and address potential risks and hazards. -------------------------------------------------- Recently, the production line for the first phase of Jiangsu Yucheng New Materials Co., Ltd.’s high-temperature-resistant polyimide (PI) lithium battery separator industrialization project was successfully completed, marking the entry into a new stage of mass production and delivery. Jiangsu Yucheng New Materials Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Yucheng Technology Co., Ltd., and it represents a key link in Yucheng Technology’s “1+N” industrial framework. Relying on a top-tier R&D team, Yucheng Technology has achieved full control over core materials, product formulations, and the entire manufacturing process, thereby breaking the monopoly of foreign manufacturers in the field of high-end separator materials. The company has developed a range of products including high-temperature resistant and highly permeable polyimide separators, smart-responsive polyimide separators, flame-retardant polyimide separators, oil-coated polyimide separators, and polyimide separators for semi-solid-state batteries. Its flagship product is the high-temperature resistant polyimide (PI) separator, which can withstand temperatures above 300°C and boasts excellent safety properties; it can be widely used in various lithium battery applications such as those in 3C devices, power systems, energy storage solutions, and eVTOLs. Phase 1 of the Jiangsu facility will have a production capacity of 250 million square meters for high-temperature-resistant polyimide lithium battery separators; the operation of these production lines and the subsequent release of this capacity will further meet the product needs of downstream customers.
