Stop with those cheesy phrases like “study hard” or something; I don’t believe them
When it comes to monitoring, one has to do it properly. Here, we earn 500 for each shift; other than monitoring, reading relevant books, and practicing calligraphy, there’s really nothing else to do. It’s basically just about looking at the screen~~~ Forget about sleeping
Those who are monitoring the market do so, those responsible for inspections carry out their duties; some of the others with a sense of ambition are learning*, while those content with the status quo are chatting. In any case, no one dares to sleep. A Level B mistake can have quite serious consequences.
What else can you do when everyone goes their own way? There are cameras in every control room.

Night shifts are tough, monitoring is even tougher; those on shift rotation are truly exhausted.
