How do you calculate the overtime pay for shift workers on holidays?

Here we have a four-shift system with three shifts per day; overtime pay is only given on statutory holidays, and there is no such pay if you are not on duty
It’s all like this; this management style is utterly shameless. With the ridiculous logic of the Chinese, what else could go wrong? Look at other companies as well – managers use it to deceive employees, while employees use it to balance their emotions. What an amazing logic indeed.
Where are you from? With three shifts per day in four shifts, there must be one shift that cannot work on holidays! This is outright exploitation!
Generally, as long as you work during holidays, you will be given it~~~
There are 11 national holidays per year; the pay for working on these days is three times normal, while working on other holidays entitles one to double pay. If work is delayed, the payment is 1.5 times normal, as stipulated by the Labor Law
Labor law is just for show; before, overtime could be compensated with time off, but now it’s said that if one doesn’t work 90% of the time, such compensation is no longer available. I guess it means one would have to be extremely busy to reach 90% workload.
What is overtime pay? We don’t have any at all!
