Seeking help with pipeline issues in the reprocessing facility

Masters. What is the purpose of the pipeline that connects the inlet line of the bottom pump in the liquefied gas absorption tank to one of the inlet lines of the reboiler pump in the pre-hydrogenation distillation tower?
I asked the wrong question. It serves as a pipeline that connects the inlet of the bottom pump in the reformation product separation tank to the inlet of the reboiler pump in the distillation tower. I hope the masters can offer more help
I haven’t heard of this pipeline; is it an oil transfer line?
This pipeline was added newly. This line is not on the PID graph. I’m not very familiar with newly installed devices. Urgently need an answer
Wouldn’t it be better to ask the engineer in charge of your device directly? Each set of devices is the same overall, but some detailed aspects are not universal, so it’s hard to answer. I guess it’s the pump test line.
