I haven’t heard of adding the additives you mentioned in catalytic reactors.
Generally, these additives are introduced into the regeneration system through pipes for adding combustion promoters, and then enter the reaction system via catalyst circulation!
No need. The catalyst is selected and designed based on the properties of your raw materials. The octane number of the product is adjusted through downstream hydrorefining treatment. Fine-tuning of olefin reduction can be achieved through the oil-to-catalyst ratio and catalyst activity. For large-scale adjustments, separation and reprocessing are required.
They are all added directly to the regenerator through the catalyst addition/removal pipes in the regenerator
