The calculation of the amount of liquefied gas required as raw material for spherical tanks – why does every material balance report show a figure that is several dozen tons higher than the actual consumption? If the calculation of the material requirements for such tanks is to be accurate
Factors such as volume calculation errors, errors caused by temperature, and flowmeter errors.
So how should it be calculated accurately? What formula should be used?
Recalculate the volume of the spherical tank and adjust the flow meter; the effect of temperature must be taken into account, at least when measuring under similar temperature conditions.
