What is the phenomenon of internal leakage in the catalytic slurry steam generator and how to deal with it?
Phenomenon: Fluctuations in the amount of material returning to the tower upward and downward, fluctuations in the temperature of the material returning to the tower, and fluctuations in the temperatures of the vapor and liquid phases in the distillation tower. Treatment: Resection
It must be removed; we missed this once here, and it resulted in an immediate negative pressure

The steam generator is leaking; water must be seeping into the slurry. Open the drain at the bottom to check, and if there is a leak, it will definitely need to be repaired, otherwise the leakage will get worse
Cutting the system off as soon as possible is the only option; any attempt to rely on luck will cause everyone involved to regret it deeply~~~~~~~~~~~~
It depends on the amount of pressure of steam generated. The standard design is to use medium-pressure steam, which is exactly what you mentioned! If 1.0 Mpa steam is being sent, then the slurry is leaking into the steam!

Try opening the drain on the slurry pipeline; it’s quite risky
