I would appreciate it if experts from the workshop could help answer this question: how can large temperature fluctuations be avoided when putting the pre-hydrogenation reactor into use after adjusting its orientation in your workshop?……
1. Open the reactor cover, and the personnel responsible for removing the catalyst enter the reactor to take out the distributor and the fouling baskets. They inspect the condition of the catalytic bed layer on the surface of the reactor, use a vacuum pump to remove the ceramic balls from the top, and carry out treatment to separate the catalyst from other components. The removed internal components are immediately neutralized and cleaned； 2. Verify that the catalyst bed is loose with no caking, and there are no catalyst lumps; then end the head tilting process ； 3. Reinstall the protective agent and ceramic balls at the top according to the filling diagram, then restore the reactor ； 4. Follow the normal startup sequence: establish a hydrogen circulation system to heat the furnace; after oil is introduced, increase the number of burners as needed to maintain proper temperature at the furnace outlet. Under normal conditions, there should be no significant temperature fluctuations in the reactor (pay attention to the impurity content in the feed)
Raise the temperature slowly; normally it should be 25-30°, and after tilting the head, increase it to 15-20°.
Just pay attention to the heating rate; don’t increase it too quickly
