Startup procedures for the catalytic reforming four-in-one furnace boiler

At the start of operation, the system is heated and dried; meanwhile, the furnace is boiled, chemicals are added, and the circulation pump is started to operate through the coal-saving section, water protection section, evaporation section. Low-pressure steam is used for protection and venting in the superheating section. Attention should be paid to the pressure in the steam drum. Steam generated is vented, and the temperature is determined based on the conditions of the system. The wastewater is neutralized before being discharged.

Rinse with water, restore the water supply process, supply water to the steam drum, start the steam drum circulation pump, introduce 1.0 Mpa medium-pressure steam; simultaneously start the cycle hydrogen compressor for the reaction system. Raise the temperature of the furnace according to the temperature rise curve, and carry out chemical treatment for furnace cleaning (during initial operation)! Precautions: During the heating process, pay attention to thermal stress, the expansion and contraction of spring hangers and support bases, as well as any leaks in the flanges. When the furnace temperature reaches around 100°C and the gas generation pressure in the steam drum becomes similar to the pressure of low-pressure steam, switch the steam to the superheating section produced by the furnace itself. Be careful to avoid steam burns and water hammer; follow the operating procedures for starting up the furnace. There are detailed plans available, and everything should be done step by step!
