Is the yield of reformed liquefied gas very low? Do you deliver it continuously or intermittently?
It depends on the quality of the raw material; when the material is of high quality, the yield is around 2.5 wt%, while it’s about 3.7 wt% when the material is of lower quality. Generally, the product is delivered continuously, but in exceptional cases, delivery can be intermittent as well
Generally, the feedstock for reformation undergoes stripping treatment, resulting in very few light components in the raw material. During the reforming reaction, a small amount of cracking occurs; these cracking products are the main hydrocarbon components, namely those that constitute the liquefied gas. The yield of semi-regenerative reforming fluidized gas is slightly higher, especially at higher operating temperatures, with a maximum increase of no more than 5%. Continuous regeneration reforming generally refers to the ratio mentioned by the colleague upstairs.
Is this ratio compared to the initial raw material, or compared to the amount that enters the reformer after having had its head removed?
