To better ensure the reliability of the valves to be sent for inspection, necessary maintenance and pressure testing should be carried out within the company before they are delivered for inspection (this requires prior communication with the inspection department and its approval).
The safety valve is of poor quality, the set pressure is inappropriate, and the operating pressure fluctuates significantly around the set pressure.

The same is true here; not only do the spring-loaded safety valves in the steam drum show signs of internal leakage, but the spring-loaded safety valves in the condensate tank also leak frequently. But the drum-type safety valve is a bit better. It seems to be related to the poor quality of the internal sealing gasket of the safety valve.
I use fewer weight-type safety valves; most of them are spring-type
We face the same problem here, especially with regard to the safety valves of medium-pressure boilers or pipelines. It’s somewhat better in summer, but preventing freezing in winter is a real challenge.
