Waste tires can be processed through thermal pyrolysis to yield wire, fuel oil, and carbon black. However, the quality of the carbon black obtained through this process is not suitable for direct use in tires. How can the quality of this carbon black be improved so that it can be used directly in tires? .

This type of carbon black is not true carbon black; it is a mixture of carbon black added during tire production along with various rubber additives (including inorganic substances). It has a high ash content and cannot be used as carbon black.
