Should the catalytic pre-heating of dry gas be done using untreated gas or gas that has been desulfurized? Can using desulfurized material reduce the impact of hydrogen sulfide on the reaction process?
We take it directly from in front of the pressure control valve of the reabsorption tower. Advantages: 1. Reduces the processing load on the desulfurization system, thereby saving energy. 2. The pressure is high; the pressure difference with the reaction system is also high, and the linear velocity is high. Since the linear velocity in the pre-treatment section is already not high, increasing it is beneficial. 3. If it’s a cycle, why go through the desulfurization process? This is my personal understanding; please feel free to correct me
The dry gas before desulfurization can be used directly as the lift gas, and the sulfur content in the dry gas has little impact on the reaction
