Both the centrifugal pressure drop in the regenerator and the pressure drop across the three spinners decrease simultaneously, and there is a leakage of material from the regenerator. Dear colleagues, what could be the cause of this problem?
Are there any adjustments to other parameters? Did it come down all by itself?

Based on your description, I personally think there is a problem with the third-stage cyclone separator

The triple twist is on the rear path; it’s likely that there’s an issue with the fine twist. The person who made this product must have made significant adjustments, or the properties of the raw materials have changed
Process-related reasons are more likely; the overall backpressure has decreased. Catalyst particle size can be analyzed, and changes in the operating conditions of the centrifuge should also be examined. The focus should be on identifying any significant changes in operating conditions
If it is only the triple-spin issue and the triple-spin pressure drop decreases, then the centrifugal pressure drop in the regenerator should increase. If there is a problem with the regenerator centrifugation, the pressure drop across the three spinners should increase slightly. It’s unlikely that problems will occur in both at the same time. I think it’s also a adjustment in the manufacturing process.
