Oxygen content control in the continuous reforming four-in-one furnace
It should be natural ventilation, by adjusting the opening degree of the air valve for the main burner
Do you have natural ventilation or forced ventilation? Control the amount of gas, enhance gas liquid separation, check for any air leaks in the flame holes and explosion-proof doors, adjust the air distribution via dampers in the case of natural ventilation, regulate the fan frequency and the opening degrees of the primary and secondary air dampers in the case of forced ventilation, and finally adjust the flue dampers.
It turns out that the oxygen content in our four-in-one furnace is between 4-5%, and a negative pressure of around -25 corresponds to the condition under which the combustion efficiency is at its best.
