Currently, due to the high content of heavy metals in the raw materials used for the device, a passivator needs to be added. The filling amount can also be adjusted by referring to the hydrogen-to-hydrocarbon ratio. Now, a question: What are the phenomena and consequences of adding an excessive amount of passivator? The diluent is diesel.
It’s already large enough; there’s no need for that. Increasing the reagent consumption doesn’t help reduce the toxicity of the catalyst – just increasing the dosage won’t do any good once saturation has been reached
The passivator contains the heavy metal antimony, resulting in excessive levels of this heavy metal.

In fact, the key to operation lies in achieving a balance; any action that deviates from this balance is not advisable! Too little will prevent the goal from being achieved, affecting the materials, quality, and yield; too much will cause a form of poisoning, turning into another type of poisoning!
