How to bake a new heating furnace?
Operating steps for heating furnace drying: I. Preparation work 1. Keep the area around the heating furnace clean and free of any flammable or explosive materials. 2. The blower has passed the individual trial operation. 3. Lead the fuel gas to V410 for standby use. 4. Close the explosion-proof doors and fire observation holes, and seal the manholes properly. 5. The 1.0Mpa steam system, nitrogen system, oily wastewater system, circulating water system, and instrument air system are operating normally. 6. Blind plates required for the commissioning and blind guiding process flows. ① Guidance for E401/3, 4 outlet pipelines. ② Disconnection at the inlet flange of R401. ③ P410: Steam is allowed to flow before the LV4020 control valve at the outlet. The LV4020 inlet and outlet gate valves are closed, and the bypass is open. ④ The connection at the flange behind the two inlet gate valves of Tower T401 is disconnected. ⑤ The superheated steam outlet gate valve in the F402 convection section is closed, and the high-altitude discharge gate valve is opened. II. Heater 1. Close the heater damper. 2. Open the flue baffle to 1/3-1/6. 3. Improve the process: Steam at 1.0 Mpa enters F401, then flows to E401 3/4, from there to F401, and condensate is discharged at the inlet flange of R401. F402: In the radiation section, steam at 1.0 Mpa flows from here to the outlet of P410, then to F402, and finally to the inlet flange of T401. In the convection section, steam at 1.0 Mpa flows into F402; the superheated steam from F402 is then discharged. 4. Steam is introduced into the furnace tubes, with the amount of steam being controlled. Increase the temperature at the outlet of the heating furnace to 150°C at a rate of 5–7°C/h (if the temperature does not reach this level, light a permanent flame). 5. Maintain a constant temperature for 24 hours. III. Igniting the furnace 1. Adjust the opening of the flue dampers and open the natural ventilation doors to keep the negative pressure in the furnace chamber at -10 to -20 Pa. 2. Slowly open the furnace fire-fighting steam valve to purge the furnace; once steam is visible at the chimney, close it gradually after 10 minutes. 3. Analyze the combustible gas content in the furnace chamber
