What is used as the adsorbent in the gas at the top of the absorption tower – light diesel or gasoline?

Diesel is used to adsorb and absorb the very small amounts of gasoline components present in the gas coming from the top of the absorption tower. I use both catalysis and coking processes for reabsorption; I turn the system on when I’m in a good mood, as it’s usually not turned on due to issues with the diesel pump’s head pressure. Whether it’s turned on or off makes little difference.
The absorption tower uses crude gasoline and stabilized gasoline, while the reabsorption tower uses light diesel.
