What are the effects of the absence of absorption stabilization in delayed coking?

The residue oil goes to Heat Exchanger Group 2, then to the feed buffer tank, followed by Heat Exchanger Group 3 and finally to the distillation tower. It also goes to the heater and the coke tower; the oil vapor enters the distillation tower. The oil vapor at the top of the tower is sent to the compressor or directly to the flare – there is no gas holder
