The desulfurization process for liquefied gas – what processes are being used currently, and what are their advantages and disadvantages? We are currently using the advanced desulfurization technology provided by a company in Hebei; the total sulfur content in the liquefied gas after desulfurization is below 30 ppm. However, there is one problem: during the regeneration of the alkaline solution, a black, viscous substance is produced, which is difficult to handle and often causes blockages in the pipelines
You can take samples for analysis to determine whether these black substances are disulfides or sulfur that has been formed
Do you also use this process? Is there such a substance in it?
