The vapor temperature at the bottom of the tower, the top pressure, the temperature and flow rate at the middle section of the tower, as well as the amount of stripping steam, are all stable. However, the temperature of the diesel distillate within the tower fluctuates, which results in large variations in the amount of diesel delivered. I’m not sure what the cause is; please advise.
It would be better to have more detailed information on the relevant parameters. The distillation tower is a single unit, and problems that occur in its upper or lower parts can affect the quality of diesel. Setting aside equipment-related issues, let’s check what adjustments have been made in the past two days. Feed rate adjustment, return flow adjustment, steam adjustment, switching of pumps, presence of salt deposition at the top of the tower, and so on.

A supplementary absorbent is used to stabilize gasoline; what you mean is probably a reabsorbent, right?
After briefly mentioning the circulation rates at Plant 1 and Plant 2, the diesel extraction temperature and the amount of diesel sent out are now much more stable compared to before. But there are still slight fluctuations. Are there any other methods?

The circulation rate in Zone 1 should be increased gradually to see the effect.
