What is your chimney flow rate for catalytic flue gas desulfurization? How can this value be reduced? We currently have 17 mm/s, and there is significant water leakage from the chimney. Are there any good solutions?
Is there a leak in the waste heat or coal-saving system?
What technology to use? It cannot be determined simply; a detailed analysis is needed to assess the likelihood of problems in each component, such as whether the linear speed in the absorption tower is too high, whether the gas-liquid separation equipment is damaged and thus reduces separation efficiency, whether the demister is malfunctioning and unable to function properly, and whether a water collector is installed at the top of the chimney.
There should be no problem, as the temperatures of all devices are normal
