Hot water tank

I’ve seen some hot water tanks in which the steam pipe is directly connected to the hot water pipe for heating; this means that the condensate water also ends up inside the hot water tank. Is that a good thing? Has anyone done this? Another approach is to insert the steam condensate pipe into the hot water tank and then add an overflow pipe, but it doesn’t seem to be very good.
We use it this way, and the noise is too loud
It’s better to use an external coil or an internal coil; it is recommended to use an internal coil, just like in kettles for boiling water
It seems that using an ejector works as well, with much less noise
