Equipment load

If a device weighs 1 ton and the coefficient is set at 2, the dynamic load is calculated as 2 tons. So, for the civil engineering team, should the load be taken as 2 tons or the total of 3 tons? Does anyone understand?
Hehe, I’m really speechless when I see this question. Those engaged in professional design should also ask such questions. If they’re really thorough, and if they come across someone like me who isn’t labeled as a professional, would they still dare to use the data you give them? ;P
