Catalytic diesel turbidity

The catalytic diesel produced by the new device remains cloudy. When heated to 40–50°C, the cloudiness may gradually disappear. I’m not sure what the reason for this is, or what better methods could be used to eliminate the cloudiness
Is the water content in the diesel too high, resulting in a water-in-oil emulsion? Try performing demulsification to see if that will improve the situation. Generally, diesel becomes cloudy when the water content exceeds 200PPM, and this cloudiness is related to temperature and water content
A diesel cleaning system is used (the diesel becomes very clear after use); I can provide contact details if needed.
Water is what enables the formation of an emulsion.
Try reducing the amount of gas vapor you use, and also increase the quality of the steam.
If it’s not heavy oil entering the diesel system, then it’s the properties of the raw materials that affect the quality of the diesel.
If it becomes clear after heating, it may contain wax oil
What about the boiling range? Is it qualified? What is the flash point?
It’s likely due to a high wax content; try adjusting it by returning the reprocessed oil to the tower.
There’s still moisture; I don’t know why
There are two possibilities: 1. The stripping steam volume is high or it contains water, causing emulsification. 2. Diesel emulsion leakage from the cooler.
