Increasing the oxygen content in the heating furnace causes the furnace temperature to rise or fall? As the oxygen content in the flue gas increases, does the negative pressure decrease or increase? Adjust the blower’s frequency conversion to increase it. Does the frequency conversion of the exhaust fan also need to be increased accordingly? I don’t know what the phenomenon is since I’ve never actually operated it. I’m not sure if what I said is correct
Oxygen enrichment is one of the methods to increase furnace temperature.
Generally, blowers and exhaust fans are adjusted in conjunction with each other in order to increase the furnace load. When the oxygen content and negative pressure are sufficient, adjustments can be made separately as appropriate, but the extent of such adjustments should not be excessive. Furnace temperature and oxygen content are generally controlled by adjusting the blower and exhaust fan; this has little effect on the furnace temperature but a significant impact on negative pressure. An increase in oxygen content usually results in a decrease in negative pressure

When the existing oxygen level is sufficient for combustion and the temperature has already reached its desired level, any additional oxygen and air will absorb the heat generated by combustion, thereby reducing the furnace temperature. 3. The temperature reading we see is provided by temperature sensors located somewhere within the furnace; if these sensors are placed at the furnace outlet, an increase in oxygen and air leads to an increase in the flow rate of smoke gases. As a result, the high temperatures are not absorbed by the furnace tubes in time and are carried to the furnace outlet, causing the apparent increase in furnace temperature. However, this increase is not real and is unreasonable from the perspective of the radiation chamber.
The blower is used to regulate the oxygen level in the furnace, while the exhaust fan is used to control the negative pressure within the furnace. By ensuring that the oxygen level and negative pressure meet the operational requirements, the motor load is reduced as much as possible, thereby saving energy and reducing consumption. When the furnace load meets the operating conditions, the oxygen content is controlled at around 3%, thereby improving the thermal efficiency of the heating furnace, saving fuel gas, and reducing the energy consumption of the facility.
