With the oil mist lubrication system, there is no need for operators to fill each pump with lubricant using a grease bottle; only proper maintenance of the main unit is required. 3 Save lubricating oil. By comparing pump groups using oil mist lubrication with those using traditional oil immersion lubrication, it is possible to save approximately 50% on lubricant costs per year. 4 Extend the service life of the bearings. Oil mist lubrication provides the lubrication points with fresh lubricating oil at all times, and it creates a slight positive pressure (around 3-5 Kpa) within the bearing chamber, which effectively prevents external contaminants from entering. Compared to oil immersion lubrication, this method completely eliminates the impact of lubricant emulsification or deterioration on the service life of bearings, as well as preventing pitting on the bearing surfaces ; Furthermore, after circulating through the bearing chamber, the oil mist carries away the heat generated by friction, thereby reducing the bearing temperature by 3–10°C. This helps to extend the service life of the bearings, ensures the long-term stable operation of the pump, and prevents abnormal shutdowns.
