Catalyzed diesel with coke powder

Our hydrogenation unit processes catalytic diesel; the backwash filters need to be washed frequently, and samples contain a large amount of coke powder. Why is that?
Check the solid content of the catalyst unit slurry, and examine the centrifugation efficiency of the settler.
Whether it’s coke powder or catalyst fine powder, there shouldn’t be any catalyst fine powder in the catalyzed diesel; otherwise, the pipeline equipment would have already been damaged. Check whether there is feed of other materials from the hydrogenation unit, or any cross-contamination of materials such as coke powder from the coking zone.
