Our system operates in an oxygen-enriched regeneration mode with a pre-combustion chamber; the oxygen content in the flue gas is 3%. A denitration aid is added on a daily basis, keeping the nitrogen oxide levels in the flue gas below 100. There are no denitration facilities for flue gas desulfurization, and the fresh water, alkaline solutions, and flocculants used for this process contain virtually no ammonia nitrogen. However, the ammonia nitrogen level in the wastewater generated from flue gas desulfurization remains above 7 (the acceptable limit being below 8), sometimes reaching around 10. Dear sea friends, how is ammonia nitrogen generated?
In the flue gas from catalytic cracking regeneration, there is a certain amount of ammonia nitrogen; even in an oxidative atmosphere, if an adequate amount of combustion catalyst is not added, the level of ammonia remains significant. However, using too much oxidizer is wasteful and also leads to a large amount of conversion into nitrogen oxides.
How does your company handle the products resulting from desulfurization?
Is the denitration combustion aid added being oxidative? If it is oxidizing in nature, it may oxidize substances such as nitric oxide and nitrogen dioxide to higher oxidation states, creating the illusion of low NOx levels in the flue gases; environmental monitoring can only detect nitrogen oxides in their lower oxidation states. The highest-valent species finally entered the slurry along with the flue gas. Also, it is necessary to determine whether it is the high level of dark indicators or the high level of total nitrogen in the wastewater; if it is indeed high ammonia nitrogen levels, this response can be ignored
