64. If water is found in the lubricating oil, try to analyze the reasons
The temperature of the bearing bush is rising. 2. The oil temperature is rising. 3. The oil level is rising. 4. There is an increase in unit vibration. Reason: The lubrication cooler is leaking, and the water pressure is higher than the oil pressure
1. Leakage in the lubricating oil cooler. 2. There is a leak at the equipment’s sealing points. 3. The quality of the oil itself is substandard. 4. Water has entered the fuel tank vent.
1. Leakage in the lubrication cooler has occurred; this happens mainly because the water pressure in the water pump station is higher than the oil pressure. During normal operation, the pressure in the water station can be reduced to match the pressure of the lubricating oil； 2. The fuel filler cap is not properly sealed, allowing water vapor or rainwater to enter from above ； 3. Leaks in the filler cooling water pipes into the sealing chamber cause water to enter the lubricating oil along with the moving components ；
