Phenol produced by coking units

Dear sea friends, have you heard of the project to produce phenol in coking units? I seek your advice ；

Coking in the petrochemical production process primarily involves the delayed coking of heavy oils; it is a method for the thermal cracking of such oils. The main products are light coker gasoline and coker diesel, while a considerable amount of petroleum coke and some coker gas are also produced. During the coking process, the water used for cleaning the catalyst contains a certain amount of phenol, but this is not one of the main coking products. The phenol production process you mentioned refers to the dry distillation of coal; the phenolic fraction present in coal tar can be used to produce phenol-based products through appropriate separation and purification of coal tar.
