Adjustment of the pneumatically controlled external heat exchanger

I’m having trouble increasing the steam output of the pneumatically controlled external heat exchanger (without a slide valve); I would appreciate some guidance from experienced users.
Try removing some catalyst from the bottom to extract heat from the outside.
I would like to ask whether your company has taken such measures? Has this kind of situation happened before as well?
There isn’t much data, so it’s difficult to analyze. What is the designed steam generation capacity, and what is it now? Are there any photos of the relevant operation data? The heat generation capacity isn’t sufficient; what is the temperature difference between the inlet and outlet of the external heat-exchanging catalyst? What are the temperature values at each density point?
