Recently, the negative pressure gauge on the furnace has been showing fluctuations during rainy weather; at times it even indicates positive pressure, reaching its maximum value. Yet, the furnace continues to burn normally! Is it because of the weather?
1. The negative pressure gauge measures values relative to atmospheric pressure, indicating pressures that are lower than atmospheric pressure. 2. Under normal conditions, the air pressure at the surface is 1013 hPa; in environments with high humidity, this value is lower than 1013 hPa. 3. On clear days when the air pressure is high, the difference between the atmospheric reference value and the negative pressure in the heating furnace is significant; When the humidity is high, the air pressure is low, and the difference between the baseline value and the negative pressure in the heating furnace becomes smaller ; 4 The negative pressure in the furnace chamber of a heating furnace is generally low, with a small difference from atmospheric pressure, and it is quite sensitive to changes in atmospheric pressure. When the atmospheric pressure drops below the negative pressure in the furnace, a positive pressure is occasionally displayed

Confirm that it is due to wind and rain; change the location of the high-point transmitter as soon as possible. Check the quick-opening door, oxygen gauge, air duct butterfly valve, and gas volume, and eliminate sources of interference. The reliability of negative pressure and oxygen content parameters is a fundamental principle for the safe operation of heating furnaces.
The furnace negative pressure gauge was specified by the design institute initially. Do I need to go to a design institute to make changes?
