Quick cut valve full stroke time

The full stroke time of the quick-cut valve installed by our company is more than 15 seconds. It controls the import and export of the tank area. Is there any time requirement?
Mainly to meet the needs of the process, but it also has a certain relationship with the size of the valve! Several of our large quick-cut valves here have pressure stabilizing tanks added to them to ensure timely and effective action!
In order to ensure time, an adequate and stable air supply is required, so a buffer tank is needed, the closer to the valve the better :) :) :)
