Dear experts, I’m new here. I’ve been assigned the task of establishing a quality management system; I’ve never dealt with this before, so I’m a bit confused. Could you all offer some guidance?
I mainly want to know the basic knowledge and implementation process of quality management systems; the company’s project has not yet started
