As corporate development strategies are comprehensively upgraded, more and more companies realize that strengthening process control over product quality is not only essential for improving product quality but also a necessary means to enhance the overall level of quality management within the company. The current problems existing in the process control of product quality in enterprises: Having worked in the field of product quality process control within enterprises for many years, I have identified the following issues in this regard: 1. There is a lack of strict control in product quality planning; control points that should be established are not set up, which results in the omission of key aspects related to product quality and thus affects its quality. 2. The quality control points for product manufacturing processes were not managed in accordance with the requirements of total quality management; the process control points were inadequate, which led to quality issues in the products. 3. Companies treat the process audit of product quality as a mere formality; they do not follow the PDCA cycle properly and fail to identify the root causes of product quality issues, which leads to those issues recurring. 4. Due to the inconsistent awareness of quality among employees, this concept has not been deeply ingrained in their minds, resulting in product quality issues. Measures and suggestions to strengthen process control over the quality of enterprise product production: 1. Conduct thorough process planning for product production to ensure product quality. Process planning is an important aspect of quality control in production processes; it is a crucial task aimed at ensuring that the processes involved in creating product quality operate effectively over the long term, in accordance with the provisions, procedures, and methods outlined in the relevant documentation, and under controlled conditions. To ensure that the quality of the designed products meets user requirements, it is necessary to develop a detailed process development plan. Accurate research and analysis must be conducted regarding personnel, tooling, equipment, technical capabilities, materials, and the production environment. Teams should be organized to design and review the process plans, so that plans are properly implemented, goals are clear, and measures are specific. Only in this way can comprehensive process work be carried out effectively, improving the accuracy of such work, reducing unnecessary waste, and enhancing the reliability of the products. 2. Strengthen the control of quality control points at various stages of the product production process to ensure that each stage meets the product requirements. Process quality control points are the fundamental aspects of process quality control and constitute an important element of on-site quality process control. Strengthen the control of quality control points in product manufacturing processes; that is, while enhancing the quality control of ordinary processes, effective control methods should be employed to focus on controlling critical and special processes. First, control must be carried out strictly in accordance with the quality control points for each process step specified in the process documents, and key processes as well as special processes should be clearly marked on the process drawings using special stamps ； Secondly, in the production area, products must be arranged strictly according to the markings to avoid confusion ； Third, operations must be carried out strictly in accordance with the process procedures and work instructions approved in the plan; following the established process rules, initial inspections, self-inspections, mutual inspections, and specialized inspections must be conducted promptly. At the same time, inspectors are required to keep accurate records of these inspections, and any issues discovered must be reported immediately. 3. Strengthen the quality process audit during product production to ensure that it is carried out in accordance with design and process requirements. Product quality process audit is part of the effective operation of a quality management system. It is a systematic and independent quality activity conducted to verify whether quality activities are carried out as planned and whether their results meet the intended objectives. In June this year, my company conducted a process audit of product quality at the relevant units, with the aim of verifying whether the factors affecting the production process and the methods used to control them met the requirements for process control and process capability. This allowed for the timely identification of existing problems, and effective corrective and preventive actions could be taken through the PDCA cycle to bring about improvements and continuous enhancement, ensuring that process quality remained stable and under control. It also served to boost the performance of the production workshops and helped resolve various practical issues. 4. Strengthen the enterprise’s quality culture construction to ensure effective process control over product production quality. First, it is to instill in employees the awareness that \"the product reflects a person’s character,\" and to foster the concept that \"quality is essential for the success of the company, and everyone has a responsibility in this regard.\" This helps create a positive quality culture within the company, one in which everyone participates in ensuring quality and is concerned about product quality ； Second, it is to ensure that all employees fully understand the importance of meeting customer needs, and truly embrace the quality philosophy that \"the customer is king\" and \"users come first\" ； Third, all employees must truly foster a customer-oriented mindset that puts service first, applying the principle of serving customers to all aspects of production work. Only by viewing any issue from the customer’s perspective can they truly understand the requirement in the ISO 9001 standard to focus on the needs of customers. As the saying goes, “Good economic benefits stem from good quality management, and good quality management relies on excellent product quality.” ”Strengthening process control over product production quality means improving a company’s product quality and quality management standards. Therefore, while striving for profit maximization, in order to achieve sustainable economic benefits, enterprises must continuously strengthen product quality control, improve product quality, and enhance their quality management standards, so as to steadily increase customer loyalty and trust in the company. Only in this way can enterprises win customers and the market, and develop in a healthy and orderly manner.
