Capacitor failure, arcing in the low-voltage cabinet, transformer tripping

The company has a three-phase capacitor in a low-voltage compensation cabinet; there are signs of heating and burning at the connections, arcing is occurring between the copper bars and the cabinet frame, and arcing also takes place at the capacitor switch. This ultimately led to the tripping of the high-voltage side of the transformer. I would appreciate it if experts could help analyze the reasons for this issue. Below are pictures taken on site
What are the rated voltage, capacitance, wiring method of the capacitor, and the parameters of the circuit breaker or fuse?
It’s probably arcing; the safety distance is not sufficient
