Overhead cables above the gas station

A grade-3 station is planned to be built, and an overhead 10kV high-voltage line passes through one corner of the site. Is it still possible to construct a gas station in such a situation? (In the northwest corner of the site, high-voltage lines run in a northeast-southwest direction, at a distance of about 15 meters from the northwest corner of the red line.) It is planned to build a station building in the area where the high-voltage lines pass through in the northwest corner, with oil tanks and other equipment arranged at a safe distance from the high-voltage lines in accordance with regulatory requirements. I was wondering if this is feasible
It may be unreasonable from a security perspective.
