What do the civil engineering drawings indicate? See the diagram!
Yellow: outer diameter of the pipe, length, slope. Red: elevation
The upper floor is basically correct; aside from that, these are the plumbing and drainage drawings
Does the inverted triangle indicate the depth below the ground level?
This question hits the nail on the head; I’m also from the water supply and drainage field. What’s indicated by the yellow circle in the diagram is a reinforced concrete pipe with an inner diameter of 1200 mm. The length of this pipeline is 37 m, with a slope of 0.2%, meaning it’s higher on the left side and lower on the right side； The inverted triangle within the red circle indicates the bottom elevation of pipes No. 1, 2, 3, and 4 inside the inspection well
