For high-voltage circuit breakers, there’s really nothing to worry about: the safety measures have been removed (no ground wires connected, no ground switches closed), and there are no foreign objects in the compartment, so it can be installed. In some cases, the secondary power supply is disconnected when installing the switch, but it’s not a big issue if it’s not done; the main thing is to get it in place, after which an inspection is needed
