Question: The difficulty in determining the fire hazard of buildings

Should a semi-basement fire pump room of 60 square meters combined with a generator room of 36 square meters be classified as a Class C factory building? So according to Articles 3.7.2 and 3.7.6 of the Building Code GB50016-2014, are 2 enclosed stairwells required? OMG, is it designated as a civil building? Should it be classified as a public building? So, in addition to creating accessible restrooms, is energy-efficient design and registration also required? I don’t want to. For the underground pump room, in accordance with clause 5.5.5, one evacuation staircase is sufficient
Clause 5.5.5 applies to civil buildings; this building is classified as a factory building. If it is designated as a civil building, it can only be a public building or a residential building, which is also not appropriate
It depends on whether your entire project is an industrial building or a regular residential one; in such cases it can be considered an auxiliary building, and since there’s no air conditioning system, there’s no need to worry about energy conservation
