Recently, the first phase of the 500,000 tons per year DMC production facility at Yulin Chemical Yuguangxin Materials Co., Ltd., which is part of Shaanxi Coal Group, successfully passed the quality delivery inspection. Hu Guofeng, director of the Shaanxi Province Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Construction Quality Supervision Station; Huang Shemin, senior chief engineer at the Basic Construction Management Department of Shaanxi Coal Group; Wang Weifeng, vice general manager of Yulin Chemical; as well as relevant responsible persons from various functional departments and Yu Gaoxin Materials Company, attended the inspection. During the acceptance process, the inspection team from the Shaanxi Provincial Petroleum and Chemical Engineering Construction Quality Supervision Station supervised the entire process of the acceptance procedures, scope, content, and conclusions. It conducted on-site inspections of the quality of the project itself, and also carried out random inspections of the submission documents and records required by the relevant responsible parties. At the subsequent acceptance meeting, the respective responsible units presented reports on their work. After consideration, all parties present agreed that the project meets the delivery requirements, and approved its acceptance based on quality standards. Yugao High-Tech Materials Company’s 500,000 tons per year DMC production facility is located in the Qingshui Industrial Park of Yushen Industrial Zone in Yulin City, Shaanxi Province. The total investment in this project amounts to approximately 4.765 billion yuan. It involves the construction of a 500,000 tons per year dimethyl carbonate (DMC) production plant, along with associated auxiliary and utility systems. Phase 1 of the project involves the construction of a 100,000 tons per year high-purity DMC production plant, while Phase 2 entails the construction of a 400,000 tons per year high-purity DMC production plant. The first phase of the 500,000 tons per year DMC production project at Yulin Chemical Yuguangxin Materials Co., Ltd., which is part of Shaanxi Coal Group, commenced construction on February 27, 2023, and was completed on July 31, 2024. At 1:58 p.m. on October 19, 2024, the first phase of the 500,000 tons per year DMC production project at Yulin Chemical Yuguangxin Materials Co., Ltd., affiliated with Shaanxi Coal Group, successfully completed the entire production process in one go, yielding high-quality DMC (dimethyl carbonate) product.
