I saw a passage that read: “The vehicle loading platform has a single-story frame structure, with a cast-in-place reinforced concrete roof; its height is 10.1 m, the clear height is 5.7 m, and the building area is 446 m2.” The first floor of the stacker platform is designated as a parking area for loading and unloading vehicles, while the second floor serves as an operating platform. I would like to ask experts: can a single-story frame structure have two floors?
I mean, it shouldn’t be a single-layer framework, right?
The layers of a structure are different from the layers of a building. This probably means that the ground level constitutes one layer, and the top of the frame serves as a working platform
