Design of utility cable trenches

For wastewater treatment in power plants, what are the required horizontal distances between the design location of cable trenches and equipment foundations as well as drainage ditches? Where can I find the relevant standards? Does anyone know?
There’s probably no specific standard; as long as the drainage ditch doesn’t leak, and the temperature of the wastewater discharged isn’t too high, so that it doesn’t cause prolonged high temperatures that could affect the insulation of the cables, that’s sufficient.
