As the title suggests: Is it necessary to use a disconnecting clip for the grounding of street lights in chemical plants? Is there any specific standard support available? Please let me know if you are aware of it. Thank you!
It is necessary; it relates to the requirements for lightning protection grounding. By installing a disconnecting clip and then disconnecting that clip during testing, it is possible to accurately measure the grounding resistance. Specifically, refer to GB50343 and GB50057.
